antre.istanbul is built on a simple yet powerful idea: coffee+people. Every decision – from the layout of the space to the shape of the cups – is guided by the desire to bring people together around good coffee and good conversation.
The brand identity translates this ethos into a visual and tactile system. Degular, the primary typeface, was chosen for its contemporary clarity and subtle personality – it feels approachable yet refined, aligning with the café’s spatial experience. The visual palette is deliberately restrained: black, white, and natural tones create a quiet framework that allows the colours of daily life – books, ceramics, people – to stand out.
Print and digital applications mirror this restraint. Event posters and menus use generous white space and a careful typographic hierarchy. Packaging is produced in small batches, prioritising tactility and craft: matte finishes, recycled papers, and hand-stamped details reinforce the idea that every object should feel personal.
The brand voice is conversational and warm, always focused on community. Social media posts, event invitations, and collaborations are crafted to reflect the neighbourhood spirit: informal but intentional, inclusive yet curated.
